Well, I think that even though there are different dates of Valentines in the whole world, people/couples/boyfriends/girlfriends still do the same things to each other like sending flowers. Including Japan.Valentine's Day is celebrated in Japan on February 14th. Unlike many other countries, on Valentine's Day, only girls may give presents to boys on this day. There is a separate day for boys to give girls presents. This is called "White Day".
You CAN but that doesn't mean you should.
You can purchase Valentines Day gifts anywhere. Flower shops, card stores, even try places that sell crafts. You just need to know your partner and determine what is the best gift for that "loving feeling" for your significant other.
