Just fine, thank you for asking. The chain transfer power from where it's generated by the pedals to the rear wheel where it can push the bike forward. The gears on a bike work just like any other set of gears, they allow you to trade power for travel - or the other way around. If spinning the pedals is too easy and you can't crank them round any faster, then a change of gears will make the rear wheel turn more WRT the pedals than before, bringing more resistance to the pedals and more speed to the bike. If turning the pedals is too heavy, then dropping a gear will make the pedals easier to turn on the cost of the rear wheel spinning a bit less for each turn of the pedals
Generally, no. However, there are some modified hapsichords that have a set of pedals for the bass, like the organ.
A tandem bicycle is a bike for two riders, one after the other, with a set of pedals for each. A 10-speed bike can be two different things. Either a bike with two chainrings by the pedals and five sprockets at the rear wheel, or if it's a newer bike, 10 sprockets at the rear.
Many big church organs have several keyboards and a whole set of pedals. Some complex harpsichords are also that way. The piano has a few pedals for some effects.
In the wall.... and in the back of the wheel ;) If you are sitting in front of the wheel, it's on the back right side, right near where the pedals plug in... for some reason you will also need a set of batteries in the unit for the radio to work, the cover is on the right side of the wheel, and the battery pack is the same as a normal controller.
Ashton manufacture drum pedals with a flame and V logo for their digital drum sets.
you buy the expansion set and install it.
Divide the number of teeth on the pedal gear by the number of teeth on the wheel gear. If you have multiple gears to choose from, you then have multiple ratios. If you are talking about a motorcycle, the same principle applies, but now you have more than one set of gears: the crank to countershaft primary set, the selected gear set, and the mainshaft to wheel set (if chain), or the two sets (mainshaft to shaftdrive and shaftdrive to wheel, if shaft drive). You need to multiply the ratios that are in series at any one moment of time to get the overall gear ratio from crank to wheel.
Unlike the piano, the organ's pedals do not change the way the hammers hit the strings. Instead, they change the settings which must be set correctly in order to play the right sounds, like an electronic keyboard but less electronic. It depends what you're trying to do by pressing these pedals.
That job is best left to a professional as serious injury can be caused.
There is no set place to install the knob. Install it where it works for you. The most common location is at 10 o'clock or 2 o'clock. Know that it is illegal in most states.
