Retreat Backpack, the Incase Icon Backpack, and the North Face Recon Backpack.
I personally think the 13" Macbook Pro without Retina display at $1199 is an excellent choice. But if you have the money, and feel it is worth it, you can opt for the Retina display for an additional $300. I would not recommend the 15" Macbook Pro as I feel it is just not worth the extra $600 or $1,000 for the retina display model. With the student discount you can get the 13" Macbook Pro for $999 which would be my choice.

The very best Mac laptop is the 15" Macbook Pro with Retina display. However it is very expensive at $2,599. The 13" Macbook Pro with Retina display at $1,799 is just as good only slightly smaller. The negative of all of these is that they use flash storage which is not near as large as the 13" Macbook Pro without Retina display that has a price of $1,199 and a 500GB hard drive. They also do not have a DVD/CD drive like the base model 13". For this reason IMO the base model 13" Macbook Pro without Retina display is the best Macbook Pro and is also the cheapest. If you are a student, teacher, or government worker you can buy the base model 13" Macbook Pro for $999.

Either the MacBook Pro or the MacBook Air has its share of features that makes it distinct from each other, but it doesn't necessarily mean that either laptop is superior. If you are looking for long battery life, a light and slim form factor, and storage space isn't a high priority, then the MacBook Air is for you. If you are looking for a sharp display (especially the Retina versions), larger form factor (ie: 15" screen), a high-end CPU/GPU, and plenty of storage, then the MacBook Pro is for you.

The MacBook Pro is Apple's most "recent" and powerful Laptop Computer. It comes in 13" and 15" form factors. Apple's Retina MacBook Pro's offer a 2560X1440 resolution so if your interested in photography, video editing or anything involving the "need" for a high-resolution display on a portable device, the MacBook Pro Retina in either 13" or 15" is your best bet. Pricing is dependent on which model and specification you go for. Apple currently (however, rumours say they might not offer soon) a "Standard" 13" MacBook Pro, which hasn't had a spec bump since 2012 and offers an i5 Processor and 4GB's of Ram. The bare essentials for any computer user, especially in 2014. This model retails for £899 in the UK All the other MacBook Pro's come in Retina form factors and considering it's "only" another £100 in it between an older generation and a newer one. Going Retina is your best bet! In regards to the MacBook, it's an ageing computer which probably won't be supported for much longer as every year Apple drops a model from their update cycle if they can't see it working with their newest OS. All Retina models should support the newest version of OS X (OS XI next year?) whereas the MacBook's life in Apple's eyes may be dropped in the future. If your strapped for cash the MacBook is the most cost effective product (If your budget's £300 and below) but I wouldn't advise it. It's your decision but if your going to invest in Apple's ever evolving Eco-System. The Pro's your best value in the long term. Hope this helps :)
