Soreness in the tops of your thighs could be due to muscle strain or overuse, such as from exercise or physical activity. It could also be a result of poor posture, sitting for long periods, or muscle imbalances. Make sure to stretch, rest, and consider consulting a healthcare professional if the soreness persists or worsens.
Probably not.
tank tops are fine and cover thighs
I would say to just stretch it and put ice on it and then some heat
no because your using your upper body, and if your doing other exercises to tighten leg muscles, and your thighs hurt, you might be doing to much, or they're working. :)
Well due to their location, tattoos on the thighs are usually a little sore just since your weight is on them. They will stay slightly sore for about a good week, but should dissipate from there. If they hurt too much, use a warm compress. For this, you would just use a paper towel that has warm to slightly hot water on it. Apply aftercare ointment as regular as well.
It is usually normal. I have it, too. I don't think it's really pubic hair, it is just thick or looks similar.
When something rubs against your body like material for example or skin rubbing together, like your thighs, this is what cases chafing. When chafing happens it is very sore and red. They have creams and powders for this. However, for your thigh area you can use bandelettes. Bandelettes helps your thighs from rubbing together and causing chafing. Hope this helps.
If you want, you can substitute chicken thighs for turkey thighs in a recipe. It will give your recipe a different taste.
Rest, and avoid doing anything that hurts. Make sure you stretch at least once a day but not a lot. Taking a bath that is hotter than what you would normally take helps a lot. I did that and for the rest of the night my soreness was completely gone and the next day it was still much better.
Thunder thighs is a slang term for very large and thick thighs that are not proportionate with the persons body.
It's actually your muscles getting sore, not your bones, unless you are referring to your joints. It really depends on the person. But as you tumble more you will become stronger and more flexible and your body will produce less lactic acid which is the cause of your "sore bones" In short, your soreness will go away in 4-6 days tops :)
no but we can imagine her fat thighs
