There could be several reasons why your bike brakes won't release properly. Some common causes include:
The motor simply wont get enough fuel to run properly.
If your dirt bike won't go in first gear, it could be due to a few common issues. First, check the clutch; if it's not disengaging properly, it may be preventing you from shifting into gear. Additionally, there could be a problem with the transmission or shifter linkage. Finally, ensure that the bike is properly warmed up, as cold engines can sometimes make shifting difficult.
Unless the calipers are frozen- you will have a slight drag as the brake pads maintain contact with the caliper
Check your fly wheel key you may have sheared it and it is just a bit out of time. So it is not firing properly.

Is it plugged in properly
it wont stop. You will very likely push the seals out of the brake cylinder and have to repair or replace it and bleed the brakes
