Basically there are two types of thermoplastic, thermoset and thermoform. Thermoset becomes hard when heated an example would be Bakelite. A thermoform plastic gets soft when heated and can be reformed. An example would be abs such as used in plastic pipe.

Thermoplastics is molded by first subjecting them to heat which makes them melt. In their molten state, they can then be molded to make the products of choice.

Cities often employ a process called "adaptive reuse" to convert old industrial sites into new factories or buildings. This involves renovating and repurposing existing structures to meet modern needs while preserving their historical character. By doing so, cities can revitalize neighborhoods, attract new businesses, and promote sustainable development. Additionally, such transformations can enhance community spaces and stimulate local economies.
Typically there is no colour code. Any fresh water line running into your house is drinkable unless you have a reuse system. DON'T DRINK FROM IRRIGATION some citys use reclaimed water (grey water I.e. from showers and washing your hands) for irrigation.ONLY Civilized countries use color codesCountries with a bonifide plumbers guild and actually have a test for the masters licenses have color codes to prevent cross contamination of potable and non potable water systems.Depending on which code one uses will dictate the color coding OR metal tagsstating safe water or Unsafe water. Round for safe triangle for UnsafeThe reason for color coding is in high rise building there is a variety of piping systems such as fire suppression , potable , gray water, Combined fire systems (stand pipe and sprinkler) Fuel - gas - oil - steam and industrial lines such as pneumatic lines for controlsThe AWWA for example has under ground piping codes so in countries that have an established infrastructure workers know which piping are for utilities and waste and water supply rather then taking a chance of cutting into a wrong line
a polythene is a plastic and in industry its use for a holding container for food, plastic shopping bag, to make bread bags, in news paper bags, to make toilet paper packaging, paper towel plastic packaging, grocery bags and air cushion bags. also they all have slightly different chemical properties.

Thermoplastic
It is a thermoplastic! :)
Teflon is a thermoplastic.
thermoplastic
No. Wool is not a thermoplastic fiber because when exposed to heat, it does not melt and change.
Acrylic is a thermoplastic
