using a thin feeler gauge or hack saw blade, slide the thin strip behind the wood panel housing the door swtches. Careful not to scratch the wood as their are two plastic hooks holding the wood panel that well come loose as you slide the hook up or down . The driver side would be on the left of the small wood panel and the passenger side would be on the right side of the wood panel. Once the panel is loose then disconnect wiring and then remove bolts..recap, slide thin strip between leather and wood panel and unlatch the two sliding hooks which are a quarter inch from side of wood.
