K'NEX is a construction toy sold in kits of rods & connectors with a variety of accessories, even motors, in some cases. K'NEX pieces can easily be put together to form nearly anything you can imagine. Some kits even come with pieces to allow you to build anything from a Sesame Street character to a rollercoaster. The pieces are made of plastic, and they are incredibly versatile - the longer rods are even flexible! Invented by Joel Glickman in Pennsylvania in the early 1990s, K'NEX continues to be American-made while now being available in some 25 countries. At least 36 patents protect K'NEX kits and designs.
KNEX - FM - was created in 1991.
KNEX-LP was created on 1997-10-16.

(This is DSman195276 from Instructables.com) Knex guns get there strength from rubberbands, and shoot rods with flat ends. The answer for the question would have to be maybe. If you were to sharpen a knex rod and fire it at someone around the neck area, you could kill someone, but it is highly unlikely, and will probably just draw blood.
To build a knex machine, you need to use chain lift. Both gears are a botten and a top of the tower. Use any of these elements anywere you want!
