After Your First Visit
Go to the 11 different time periods and discover what items are missing. Then find all of the items and return them to their proper time.
Your Second Visit (to the Restored Future)
When you have restored all the items to their proper times, the time device will be completely "GREEN" and the "LAB" will flash. This means it is time to complete the island. Use the time device to go to the lab (12 o'clock) and use the Future Machine again. This time you go to the "restored" future.
Go right and take the air-tube to the monorail station. Ride the monorail and use its exhaust to lift you out of the car. Transfer to the other car and repeat the process. When you are near your Sky Home, take the floating lift platform to the rooftop. There you will receive your Island Medallion.
Use the LAB setting again to reach Pendulum's Lab and exit the island.
