OK I HAVE ANSWERED ALL THE PREVIOUS QUESTIONS AND I AM FUSTRATED!!! To get to the Icy Aire u must have the key which is located in the chasm. The chasm is deep hole in which they created (Idk y). Then go to the crystal key hole. Don't CLICK ON IT. Goo in your loot and click the key THEN click on the crystal keyhole. You will automatically teleport to Icy Aire. Your welcome! -SNOW 123!!

You need to do the mission. On the side bar on the right click on Missions. Scroll down and look for the mission ''Find the crystal key to Icy Aerie.'' Click on it, and fall down in the hole by using your levitation and fly over the hole and let go and it will take you down and then you will find the crystal key and go down on the bottom when you come back up (by clicking on the ladder) then keep going and you will see a big keyhole and go to your loot bar in your backpack and look for the crystal key and click on it and then click on the key hole and it will take you to icy aerie.
