I can answer the first part of this question regarding the Queen. Queen Anne Boelyn died by her husband King Henry VIII ordering her to be beheaded. Decapitation was the cause of Queen Anne Boleyn's death. As for the second part of this question. I believe King Henry VIII died of some debated natural causes; some sickness that is disputed with respect to what specific sickness he ultimately died of.
