What are advantages and disadvantages of unipolarity?

Every group of people needs a leader who leads and solves their problems. And, as our Islamic religion says, even if you are three person who are travelling appoint one of you to lead. That means there is no system that can exist without a leader. It is human nature. To come to the point, the international system cannot be exist the horizontal view. Although all states are sovereign, we need a single power state or international leader state who can lead all the others.
