Various members of the Royal Family - including the Queen - visit Canada from time to time to strengthen the bond between the two countries (Canada being a part of the Commonwealth). Sometimes, the Royal Family members participate in ceremonies held in Canada (Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall participated in the Remembrance Day ceremony in Ottawa this year); and a number of years ago (1959), Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip visited Canada and even passed through the small town in which I live. ( I learned of this after reading an article in our local newspaper earlier this year. The article included a picture of the couple as they stepped off the train. Rigby & Peller is an upscale London-based lingerie store and corset maker. The company holds the currant Royal Warrant as Corsetieres to the British Royal Family.
No one can make a royal family royal most of the time they are just living a good life because of what their ancestors have done and sometimes they really are hardworking and kind so people call them the royal family even if technically they are not royal. In the British Royal Family, their ancestors such as Queen Elizabeth I did such heroic deeds (throwing a king off their thrown or taking over a kingdom) that they become king their selves and their lazy descendants live off of that not working hard. It might seem a bit offensive but really it is true with most Royal Famillies, I'm not just pointing a finger at them because I am pretty fond of them myself.
No, there is no known lineage of that kind.
they are grouped in 3 catagories and that is the royal family, panakas last the common citizens

In the DPRK (Democratic People's Republic of Korea), otherwise known as North Korea, there is no royal family. Instead, there is a military dictatorship which acts as a kind of royalty, because, for example, when the old leader of North Korea died, Kim Jon Il, his son was 'next in line' to the dictatorship of the country. They have a kind royalty, but one that actually rules the country.

Yes, her family were/are nobles in England and date back several hundred years to the royal family. That is why she was called "Lady" as a title before she became a princess. There is a family estate where she is buried.
