Her siblings were George Boleyn, Viscount Rochford, and Mary Boleyn. George married Jane Parker, the daughter of Lord Morley, and Mary Boleyn married first William Carey and secondly William Stafford. Mary had several children, most notably Katherine Knollys (nee Carey) and Henry Carey, Lord Hunsdon.
