In my personal opinion, no. That is a right reserved to citizens. If you happen to find a man dying on the street, of course, you're obligated to do the best you can to save him, but taxpayers of the United States shouldn't be responsible. The local hospital, or person bringing him in should have to pay personally if no ID is found on the person.
No, the Affordable Care Act does not give undocumented (illegal) immigrants health insurance. However, it should be noted that there are some hospital emergency rooms will treat a patient in a crisis situation and not ask about their immigration status.
in my opinion immigrants do deserve health care. but they should also have to pay for it. Yes they should be given health care, but only DURING the time they are held in prison awaiting deportation back to their own country.
Illegal immigrants are not properly saying 'covered' in the French health system, but all their basic or urgent demands will be taken care of in hospitals.

The answer to this question is a matter of opinion and great controversy. Some folks believe that everyone should have the right to unlimited medical care. Others believe that everyone should have the right to a limited amount of medical care. Others believe that people should have the right to the amount of medical care that they can afford. I think everyone is in agreement that everyone should have the right to access medical care, but the big controversy is who should pay for that medical care, them, or you, through your taxes.
if you had a tumor on your neck would you seek medical care?! of course you should!
I think that medical care should be free because eventually everyone needs it. With the bad economy not everyone can afford it though. Medical care is something that should be free. If your an older person and you can't afford it then you are going to have a lot of problems and you won't be able to do anything about it.
No, "comfort care" should not be capitalized unless it's at the beginning of a sentence.
Representative Joe Wilson (R) shouted "You lie" at president Obama during his health care speech. He shouted it after Obama said illegal immigrants won't be covered in the health care bill. Ironically illegal immigrants don't receive federal subsidies from the health care bill so his statement was unfounded. See related links for video.
Marijuana is illegal at the federal level in the United States, but some states have legalized it for medical and/or recreational use. As of October 2021, marijuana is illegal for all uses in Idaho, Nebraska, and South Dakota.
that is illegal, and dishonest. the person who has guardianship for the child is who the child should be residing with.
In America, it is illegal to refuse anyone who presents at an ER with Emergency Medical care. See the Emergency Treatment and Active Lab or Act (EMTALA). This is true regardless of whether a criminal investigation is in progress or not. If you are asking, "When in police custody (arrested or detained), is it illegal to withold emergency medical treatment?", that answer too is yes. When you're in custody, it becomes the responsibility of the detaining agency to make sure you receive necessary (albeit sometimesminimal) care.
