Why do you think that UN had failure in achieving one of its aims that is to mantain international peace and security?

2: Governments behaving badly.

3: Poor education.

4: Lack of care/understanding of one's fellow humans.

5: Belief that God takes sides.

6: Testosterone.

7: Stupidity.

There will alwasys be conflict in the world and putting dignitaries from most all of the countries of the world in the same room is bound to raise tension. People and countries have different perspectives, goals, and priorities. Some leaders want to show power or take revenge.
