Sounds like a sticky lifter ...........
A tick in a lifter is likely caused by poor fuel. Using a higher octane fuel will often stop the knocking or ticking.
not a approipriete question I think it's an appropriate question. And the answer is yes. However, you probably have a lifter sticking and it should be repaired. It's a big job though. Sometimes, chemical additives can help loosen them.
These engines are notorious for it. There's no harm in the lifter tick itself. It just sounds bad. The fix permanently, replace the lifters. There's a special tool (find it on eBay for cheap) which makes this an easy job.

Place a long handled screwdriver handle in your ear, and start searching by probing using the other end. Usually a tick is lifter noise. Pour a can of Seafoam Motor Treatment in your crankcase. Sounds like a piston hitting the cylinder head. A lifter will usually tick, but a piston will sound more like this knocking noise.
A nick, crack or tear in a belt will make a tick soung as well as a water pump that is going bad.
