It's called Ladelphobia. I suffer from It and so do many other people. I cant walk past a LadyBird with out wimpering and shaking and if they get in my room I totally freak out and cant even move for fear. I have been searching on the internet how to get over it but no luck so far.. :(
If you do have it I suggest, dont panic when a ladybird comes near you... whats it going to do? It cant hurt you in anyway!
I got Ladelphobia too summer's ago when my window rotted and was swarmed with Ladybirds... :/
You have to just try to get over it and hopefully your fear will go away.
Explain your fear to family and friends and they will hopefully help you get over it and give you advice! (unlike my friends - who dileberatly chuck ladybirds on me to see me freak out)
