Climb out of Tank -- I have a red claw crayfish ( cherax destructor ) and it climbs a lot, also likes to make holes and attack my fish. Do not keep slow moving or long fined fish in the same tank, as the crayfish will attack it and soon eat it.

Rules and regulations for keeping a pet in an apartment vary depending on the building and landlord. Common requirements may include paying a pet deposit, following leash laws, cleaning up after your pet, and ensuring your pet does not disturb neighbors. It is important to review your lease agreement and communicate with your landlord to understand the specific rules for keeping a pet in your apartment.
if its a blue moon crayfish your talking about, then no. they're territorial and aggressive, and they would attack and eat any fish you put in there. however, if it was, say, a loach, then the loach would eat the crayfish. if you had Mexican dwarf orange crayfish though, they can be housed with any type of fish that will not eat them. they're very calm and docile.
