Please help me gain an insight into this course, i would appreciate any feedback people may have that have completed the SMAE course for foot health professionals.
Hi, I completed the course recently and it can be heavy going, especially if you work full time. The best advice i can give is that if you are serious about setting up as an FHP is whatever financial figures they give for set up costs, expect to double it then add the cost of sustaining yourself for the first 12 months of businesss. There is a lot of competition out there and you have to market yourself brilliantly if you're going to stand a chance of making a living out of this. To conclude, the course is heavy but the real challenge lies in setting up your business.
