Actions speak louder than words. Your reply in words would be "Thank You" and your reply in actions would be to perform at a higher level so when the next review comes, it will be as good if not better than the last one.
As far as I know, it is not possible. But on YouTube, they say @ (Username) and they get an E-Mail saying what your reply is, but I'm not sure it works on Fanfiction. Otherwise, you could give them a PM (Private Message, in case you didn't know) and fill the purpose of the message in as " Your reply on (Story name)" those are your best bets.
The silent letter in "reply" is the 'p'. It is not pronounced when saying the word.
You can reply by saying "Me too, I look forward to seeing you as well."
You can reply by saying "Merci" which means thank you in French.
You can reply to "igualmente" by saying "Igualmente" back, as it means "likewise" or "same to you" in Spanish.
You can reply by saying "Mucho gusto, Pedro" which means "Nice to meet you, Pedro".
