Dear Friends One that affect Fe-Si density is its Si content which as it increses the density reduces dramaticaly. On the other hand by increasing Si content the melting point will rise up. So we could conclude that by increasing ferrosilicon density its melting point will reduce. Best regards. H. R. Zargar

Ferrosilicon has a melting temperature range of approximately 1200°C to 1350°C (2192°F to 2462°F).
Temprature affects the volume, since most objects expand when they are heated. And density is mass / volume.

reezing point: the temperature below which a liquid turns into a solid.
it increases up the meltingpoint of the solid
The temperature and the salinity affect water's density.
it doesnt
Altitude affects density and pressure by decreasing when it increases.
Mass divided by volume equals density. For the same volume, if the mass is more then the density is higher.
You can change the density of a substance by changing its volume. Density is equivalent to mass over volume. So changing the volume affects density.
