How do you answer what is my greatest strength?

Either it's anything that you've done in the past that has to do with the job application you're applying for; or it it's stuff that you have trouble/problems/etc with & things that you are good at doing. Like having trouble with noisy rooms, can't work well with others, etc.

U dont really have 2 lie.. cuz HR know when u r lying.. so just keep it true and simple. Here is an example for u:

ú My strengths are Leadership Ability, Decision making ability, Desire to produce better results than previous, Maintaining high moral of the work force, To get company's rule followed, Effective skills in communication and presentation, Ability and adapt and learnt fast with little or no supervision, Good trouble shooting ability, self motivational ability.

U can add and substract abilities but dont make it 2 complicated so that u have to explain urself. Just tell them ur strenghs and get it over with.

Also telling weaknesses along with strengths gives a good impression. It means u know urself very well as well as ur pros and cons.

Think about the times you did something that you liked doing, and felt that you did a good job.

What was it about YOU that helped do such a good job? Did you work hard? Did you work a long time until it was finished? Did you create something new? Did you work on details until the finished job was perfect? Did you write well? Did you communicate well with other people? Were you the boss of other people?

You are a unique person and you have a set of skills and strengths that are different from other people. What are those skills and strengths?

Yours is not confidence or self-awareness, if you have to ask someone else how to answer the question. You answer the question by answering it. Do you have a skill, a way of thinking, or a virtue of some kind that stands out for you or friends who have talked with you about it? Physical strength, patience, stamina, being even-tempered in the face of adversity, courage, or any number of other things?
