They are -in their minds- omniscent, ominpresent, and better than anyone else EVER, everything evolves around them, they are God(compared to you) so why would they want to change and be weak people like the rest of us? Don't waste your time or effort or lose your job on such people. if you want someone to change then change yourself. IGNORE THEM, its worse than death to them.
