However, you ability to advance in your career will be greater with an MBA. If you have experience, one of two things are the likely case. You will receive a small increase in pay, maybe 10-15% with added responsibilities. The other case is you will be promoted with a significant pay rate because your employer requested you to earn an MBA. As an MBA myself I quickly learned it is challenging to show business people without an MBA and only experience the degree's true worth.
