12/11/2008 rash appeared to the right of bellybutton around to the right side. plus 2 circular rash spots in the middle of back toward right side. 12/12/2008 doctor visit - began anti viral and gabetine (spelling) 4 days later - rash dried up. scabbed over. MUST REST 2 WEEKS. after rash is gone but spots are still visible the nerve damage is still very painful. 12/29/2008 weak. still have sharp stabbing pains, like someone is burning my side. suggest - minimum. 2 weeks. strict bed rest. no lifting. recovery is a long process.
