How old do you have to be to work at sanity?

In Australia legally at 14 and 9 months but a lot of the time shops like Sanity tend to take older teenagers/young adults because they feel they are more mature.

However, shops like McDonalds and Kmart take younger teenagers because they can pay them at a lower rate :)
