What were the benefits and drawbacks of mission life for the Indians?

The imposition and suppression subjected upon the indigenous throughout North, South and Central America by the Imperial Spanish was a zero sum game for the Native Americans. The drawbacks were felt on the Natives through the loss of freedom, slavery, forced religious conversion, millions killed by disease, and the destruction of their way of life. The sole advantages to the mission came from the slave labor and seized property the Spanish conquistadors and missionaries forcibly took.

What are the benefits and dhcp and drawbacks of using it?

Benefits. When its working properly, which is most of the time if properly configured from day one, then it makes life so much easier for admins. Drawbacks. If its not configured properly then it can cause alot of hassle. It presents a security issue (though there are counter-techniques) but personally I like every machine to have its own static IP, especially in a classroom situtation - its a bit more hassle and takes a bit longer to configure but i personally think its worth it.

What were the benefits and drawbacks of town life in medieved Europe?

The biggest benefits of medieval town life were the fact that towns had markets in them and the society was more varied than it would be in a village. The main drawbacks had to do with lack of space and affordability. For example, since fireplaces and chimneys were not invented until the 11th century and were expensive to build, very few medieval people had fireplaces. So most cooking was done over open fires. Town folk did not have access to outdoor cooking facilities, and very few could afford kitchens, so they had to rely on street vendors for prepared meals.
