It is hard to answer this question, because it is not clear if you mean less than 2 years of graduate school, or less than 2 years of schooling in general (college). However, while you cannot become a physician or medical doctor of any kind in that amount of time, there are many jobs you can get. They obviously don't get paid as much as those who went through medical school, but there are lots of healthcare jobs available.

Less than 2 years post-college;

-Phycians Assistants: about 2 year programs

-Licensed Practical Nurses: about 1 year programs

-Nurses: you can major in nursing in college, and no graduate schooling is required

-There are many others. You should try to Google search them.

Less than 2 years of school altogether (including college);

-Many nursing-home jobs such as Home Health Aides and Dietary Aides get on-the-job training

-EMTs must go through a program, but you can enter one straight out of high school

To find many more jobs such as these, try looking here: http://allhealthcare.monster.com/careers/articles/2413

Hope this helped!

what kind of training do I need to get into any healthcare jobs that are open to teens?

It's not easy to get into healthcare jobs. Most jobs require a lot. The most you can do would be volunteering at the hospital. It takes lots of education and money as well. You have to go graduate high school, get your Bachelor's degree, and go to medical school. It takes patience. I'm aiming to become a doctor and it is going to take lots of time and money unfortunately.
