Job, a biblical figure, is often seen as a model of faith and patience in the face of suffering. However, some interpretations suggest that he questioned God's justice and expressed doubt about divine wisdom while enduring his trials. His lamentations and demands for an explanation from God might be viewed as a lack of trust in God's plan. Ultimately, the story illustrates the complexities of faith, suffering, and the human experience rather than a clear-cut notion of right or wrong.
No it would not be wrong because it may be effecting the person's health. It would be bad if you were to say "You have a stupid job!" right after the person said that they love their job. However, if they were being sarcastic with their sentence: "I love my job." and they would agree to the fact that their job is lame then you are not wrong. Now if their job is risking their health or their life then the person should change their job. If you have a stinky job then change it! Hope you like your next one! Thank You!

Yes.
If this is for a job interview, you are getting it all wrong. YOU are supposed to write what value YOU have added in YOUR job - not about the value that some other person has added to his own job.
