Answer
It isn't a matter of what I liked or didn't like least in my last job, what is it that you don't like, and what are you going to do about it? When you ask a specific question then it's not hard to answer, but this question is pretty vague as this question doesn't concern me, it concerns you.
What did you like best about your last job?" What did you like best about your last job?" What did you like best about your last job?" What did you like best about your last job?" What did you like best about your last job?"

Tell the truth. There is always something a person does not like about their job even though the rest of it is good. Think of the least appealing aspect of it. As an example, if you work in a fast food restaurant and you liked working with the patrons but did not like closing the store, say so. That is all there is to it. You don't have to give every thing you did not like but at least one thing needs to be put on an application or at a job interview that asks this question.
What did you like best about your last job?" What did you like best about your last job?" What did you like best about your last job?" What did you like best about your last job?" What did you like best about your last job?"

You may be asked what you like the least about your job during an interview. This gives a potential new employer an idea how you feel about work and how you handle doing things you may not enjoy.
