The Red Cross does not offer any training to become a phlebotomist in any way. The only way to learn how to do this would be to go to school.

There are online classes for just about anything you can think of nowdays. Many classes are compatible with online non "brick and mortar" settings, unfortunatly phlebotomy would not be one of them. Since phlebotomy would require acts like drawing blood, this is not something you would be able to learn online. The theory behind phlebotomy and some of the requirements needed to become a phlebotomist would be able to be learned online but I think you would not be able to find online phlebotomy classes.
