No, the age of majority in Pennsylvania is 21. Even with parental permission th circumtances have to conform to the law, parents can obviously give permissin for the minor to attend college or things of that nature.

Several things can happen when an underaged person arbitarily leaves home against the wishes of the parents, this is especially true when state lines are crossed. definitely you are underage and cannot legally live with anyone over the age of 17. legally you cant even date him. you are way too young to be making wild decisions like that. in the end you wont be happy. don't rush things, not a good idea. i learned the hard way. also, he can be put in jail for that even if you don't have sex with him it would still be rape because you are a minor.

*The answer to your dilema comes in the form of getting legally emancipated. If you truly love this person, and are ok with ostracising your parents, you can take it to court. I'm not sure what reasons and/or grounds are required to get emancipated, but everyone I know who tried with their state-appointed lawyer was able to. It is easier the older you are.
