i work for this company, and i do sells we make hourly and comishion. well my question is that when you make comishion that you are suposed to make everything right well they say that we have to out do our hourly in order to make our comishion like if i worked 40 hours in one week and i make 8 dollars an hour i would gross around 320 dollars bring home around 300 but in order for me to make my comishon we have to out do our hour meaning that i have to make over 320 or 300 a week in order for me to get the comishion, and to me that didnt sound right that's why im asking. is that the right way for comishion to work and other problems the company is called prime direct and its located in oakdale, ca 95361 on river road.
