I am not sure what a drug attorney means. A criminal lawyer can represent a drug dealer, a drug company or someone suing a drug company. They can settle differences in court.
A guardianship attorney is appointed by the court , when both the couple are either drug addicts or are facing alcohol problems. And can no longer look after the child.
nope, if you are going on drug charges you will be assigned manditory drug evaluation where they asked you questions and get a urine drug test and if you pass you dont have to ever go to classes
For a choice this important you REALLY need to discuss this choice with a trusted adviser or attorney.
You cannot be proven innocent in a US Court you can only be proven as guilty or not guilty. You can be found not guilty in drug paraphernalia charges if you have a good enough attorney depending on what state you live in.
Drug court typically is a special court that deals specifically with drug related offenses. In larger cities where drug abuse is more prevelant, having a specialized court for this is often necessary to unclog regular court systems.
Juveniles should be adjudicated to drug court if they are accused of drug crimes. Drug court offer a second chance to drug addicts.
So-called 'drug courts' are established with ties and connections to certain governmental and private social service agencies who assist persons with drug dependencies. The premise is, that they may assist the drug offender to kick their habit and help them recovere from their addiction. The offendera appearing in this court usually have no previous serious criminal records and the idea/hope is that the offender will get their lives back in order before falling deeper into criminal activity. 'Regular' criminal court is not necessarily set up to 'help' offenders, and their main purpose is to ajudicate the offeners cases and, if guilty, to incarcerate and/or fine them.
Probably not. You would need to prove: You have never used drugs You are anti drug Etc Since that would be really hard to do, I suggest you settle it out of court. NONVIOLENTLY!!!
Yes you can! I have done so, and all attorneys I know will refuse you to take one too until it is court ordered!
sorry to say drug court tests for all drugs and levels of them
need drug attorney
It means that in SOME judicial systems, drug court is run as a social experiment where drug use and drug abuse (especially for first-=time offenders) is viewed not as a criminal matter but as a social problem. People who would be found "guilty" in a normal court are only found to be "Involved" in drug court.
