No, your employer must take other facts into consideration. If the employee is absent on an ongoing basis and not able to perform their duties and in addition is older, then the employer may have reasons to dismiss the employee. It would have nothing to do with age.
In "use" if you mean use as a reference then it depends on why you were let go. If you were let go because you did a poor job, were always late, etc., then the answer is no don't use the employer as a reference. If you were let go simply because there was not enough work, but you did a good job, were always on time, didn't take an inordinate amount of sick time then the answer is yes.
no your being let go..they dont have to pay u

Because you grandma is a subconcious example of how your life will be like when you reach similar age.
After me telling him I was hurt,he said that he had to let me go. He claim not to believe me.
They can call your last employer and ask.
(Disclaimer: I am not a lawyer, nor am I an HR person) My understanding is that if a prospective employer calls your job references, the former employer can only verify the dates of employment.
It depends what age you are, i think u shouldn't because u can get into a lot of trouble
no, you can go to court if your employer do so

No way of telling - each employer can be different - they can go back as far as they want.
