(in the US) There is no such criminal charge as 'racial profiling.' There is no authority for a citizen to exercise a citizens arrest for any charge other than a felony offense... and even then, they had better be specifically aware of the laws of their particular state.

If there is a warrant out for your arrest you cannot travel outside of the US. This include warrants for misdemeanors in all the states, not just the state in which you reside. Theoretically spitting on the sidewalk could prevent you from traveling to another country if there is a warrant out for your arrest because of it.
When he became President in April 1945, he was then in charge of all US forces.
arrest us
arrest us
it is ridicules because there is no law where you must sleep if they did then we would be sleeping in the streets with guards yelling at us, and guard dogs that look like thieve been hit on the head by a shoe by people because they wont quit barking, and if that isn't the answer then its a joke quote on quote "guilty if resisting a rest" = guilty of resisting arrest.

probably notAdded: Highly unlikely - especially in this day-and-age, all lawful incoming passengers to the US are screened through a database, and if your warrant appears there, you will either be detained and held for law enforcement or denied entry to begin with.
God wants us to be perfect, and to be perfect, you must resist temptation.
