Ask the recruiter.
No you do not have to tell them exp. if the charge was on your minor record. You can tell them just to avoid the BS wait time for you if they have a problem when they find it. And yes they will find it... I was in the US Army as a counter Intel agent, which calls for a more extensive check, but they do check criminal history no matter what. I also recruited in the Army for a brief period of time, I have many connections in other branches as well; so if you need help....feel free to contact me
An honorable discharge is the way anyone gets out of the military unless they are kicked out. When you enlistment time is up and you don't want to enlist again, you get a notice of honorable discharge from the Army.
No! Why would you?

Yes
Probably because some things that happen in the military can make you over excited.
Yes, for a short time, then he was kicked out.
not so much that you can get kicked out, but that you can apply to get out because of it. Once you make over a certain amount it removes much of the militaries control over you.
There is no arrest records I've been able to find for Brent Smith, however Tony Battaglia, who was the guitarist at the time, was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication and resisting arrest. He was then kicked out of the band.
