If you are dealing with Immigration, then more than likely you are not a US born. Having said that, jail would be the smaller of two possible punishments. The other could be a free ticket back home.
you can go to jail for up to one year
no you just would be fired..
Only in extreme cases.
If you bonded someone out of jail and THEY went missing it should not legally be any reflection on you. What immigration has to do with it, is unclear to me.
yes, failure to provide financial responsibility. Depending on the police officer wether you go to jail or not. The only two three things you cant go to jail for are speeding, no seatbelt, and op
you go to jail and they let a rabid hobo bite you
For ur life
I would say...YES But only if you would get caught or if they somehow found out about it.
Committing perjury could get you sent to jail. It's a not a good idea to lie, especially when you could be facing fine and/or imprisonment.
A subpoena requires you to appear in court, not go to jail.
No. It is natural to resist. No one wants to go to jail.
