Yes. As with the other 48 states within the United States of America, Florida and Illinois tend to respect, and cooperate with, each other, and the other states, in extradition requests. For such requests tend to be over the serious, felony charges. But if Another Country becomes involved, then neither Florida and Illinois nor the other 48 states have anything to do with extradition. For the involvement of another country always falls under the responsibilities of the U.S. government.
