Nowhere in the United States. However, as soon as they both turn 18, they will be able to get married.
I believe you could get married in Georgia, but if it would be recognized in the state you live in I do not know!
get a hold of the juvanile courthouse in your county and make an appointment tell them your situation. I am 16 and pregnant and my boyfriend who is the father is also 16 and we actually have an appointment to talk to a administrator so that we can get married without parental consent . Most states a judge will waiver the parental consent since your pregnant, just as long as you can prove that you can financially and emotionally handle a marriage and still care for your child as if you were over 18 because once your married your also emancipated and on your own its hard but if you go through the right steps and if you feel its the best thing for you two and your child then im sure theyll grant you what your asking :) good luck ;)
You can get married in 3 states: Georgia, Florida, and Kentucky. But in all states you need a written statement from a legall psycitrist stating that you are pregnant. But in the state of Kentucky, you need to live there or have residents who live there in order to get married. There is not waiting period in Georgia or Florida, but in Kentucky there is a 3 day waiting period. The cost for a marriage licesene in Kentucky is 30-35 dollars, in Florida it is 88.50, and in Georgia it is 26-30 dollars.
Las Vegas. but before you marry, what will ur parents think? have u asked them about it. maybe u should wait until hes 18 and ur 20 You can not get married in Las Vegas without parental consent. As a matter of fact, in Las Vegas, even if you had parental consent, since she's only 15, you would also have to have court approval. There is no state that will allow anyone under the age of 18 to marry without parental consent or special circumstances/court approval.
Texas law does not make an exception to the age for which a minor can marry w/o parental consent when it pertains to a pregnancy, it would still be eighteen. The state does have emancipation grounds and procedures of a minor covered under CPRC Title 5, Chapter 129.
The laws vary by state, but no state will allow a 17-year-old to get married without parental consent unless they have special circumstances and/or court approval.
Depends where you live. if the state allow wihtout parental consent you would need the courts consent instead.
