I went to Google and I am from Iowa and I put in Iowa courts and clicked on Iowa courts online. I don't know if it works for every state but it lets you see what is on there but you have to pay to get in depth on it but you can see the conviction and the fine amount if any and how many counts and things like that and to see if its a warrant.
