You don't and you can't. They bought the land and/or lot and you have no right to make them move. If there is a conflict, try and solve it with them, and if you need to, you can take it to the police and see if they can handle it. If the problem still isn't fixed, then if you don't like it, you move.
find out if she/he likes you first
To politely ask your neighbor to move their car, you can approach them respectfully and kindly request if they could please move their car to allow for better access or parking.
Maybe...
A neighbor cannot make you cut a tree down. BUT if your tree encroaches on a neighbor's property, causes a risk to a neighbor or their property, or causes a situation that prevents a neighbor from full enjoyment of their property, the neighbor can ask a court to make you cut back the limbs that are causing problems for their property. Your rights end where the property line begins; same for your neighbor.
let it be known that your neighbor is a thief
There isn't really a certain way to do that, but there is a method. First, make the neighbor you want gone angry by hitting him/her with a shovel or net, or being rude to them. When he/she talks to you about moving away, tell him/her to go away. Then, have one of your friends come over to your town after you've told your neighbor to go away. Soon, your unwanted neighbor will move away, probably to your friend's town. This only works if there are less than 8 people in the friend's town.
You have a few options. You can: * Be a total dick to your neighbor, pester him until he removes the vehicle. * Threaten to take legal action * Ask politely and wait for then to move it * Move the vehicle onto their property without asking The last two options may keep you on good terms with your neighbor, but you can't do much.
In the rare event that a neighbor does move back in, he or she will not recognize you or remember his or her time in your town.
make the loadest noise you can make to disturb them
LOVE GOD AND YOUR NEIGHBOR
A landlord has some obligation to quiet the neighbor, ultimately evicting if necessary. But, that takes some time. The offended tenant has the right to move.
no, they are just put where ever when they move into your town.
