If you're looking for money, leave them alone. They don't have money for you. Let it go. If you're looking for a long lost dad, then Google it like everyone else does.. or hire someone who professionally finds people, like bounty hunters or a private detective. It will cost you more money and time and grief, then they are worth if you're looking to collect.

The custodial parent must return to court and file a motion for contempt and stay on top of it. The deadbeat can eventually end up in jail. When threatened with jail they usually come up with some money.
