It is a basic Islam principle not to force people to convert to Islam and not to force non Muslims to be judged according to Islam law. In Quran it is mentioned explicitly that Christians should be judged according to their Bible and Jews to be judged according to their Torah unless a non Muslim asks to be judged according to Quran.
