Do you mean moving in with your boyfriend with parental permission? A parent can give a minor permission to live somewhere other than home if its a safe and appropriate environment. For example, parents sometimes give their children permission to live with a relative or to move to another city to attend college (for those kids that graduate high school early). Would this be considered an appropriate environment? Unlikely. In part because the age of sexual consent in CA is 18, and no one is going to believe that you are living with your boyfriend and theres no hanky panky going on.
As far as emancipation is concerned, you would have to provide a valid reason that emancipation would be in your best interest (wanting to move in with your boyfriend is not a valid reason) and youd have to prove to the court that you are capable of fully supporting yourself (paying for rent, utilities, food, medical expenses, etc) without any assistance, which does not mean moving in with someone else and depending on them for even partial support.
Usually not without your parents permission because you are still under 18. Some states you can if your parents have emancipated you.
Depends on the child's age. You can read all about it in the link below.

In California, a 16-year-old cannot legally move out of their parents' home without their permission. The legal age of emancipation in California is 18, unless the minor has been emancipated by a court order.
No. Until she is 18 or emancipated, she has to live where her parents say.
No. As long as you are a minor you are not allowed to move without their consent or being emancipated.
YES U R STILL A MINOR AND YOUR PARENTS ARE STILL RESPONSIBE FOR YOU
i have no idea, but i think you can if you get legally emancipated from your parents
No, you are not emancipated.
{| |- | If your parents give permision, otherwise, no, you certainly cannot. You must be an adult to decide where you wish to live. Until your reach the age of majority your parents are responsible for you, including where you live. |}
If the minor (key fact) in question is not emancipated and his/her parents are his/her legal guardians, then no. If the minor (key fact) in question is not emancipated and his/her parents are his/her legal guardians, then no.
In almost all states and circumstances, a minor who becomes pregnant out of wedlock is not automatically emancipated because of it.
