I have strong reason to believe it is. First of all, the email bears no official signia of the "Trust Chambers and Services". The phone number provided isn't a business phone number. The link provided just gives information on Maurice Whol, not the company Barrister Prosper Frank represents. I looked it up and there is such a place and there is such a name. It looks like a company based in Sydney. So, if Barrister Prosper Frank does exist; anyone could have sent the email that person did under the name of something legit. I say it is a scam because there is no oficia signia or anything indicating the email originated from the actual offices. And, finally the email it was sent from "trust_chambers10@hotmail.com" does not strike me as a business email.

I don't know how most companies work though so maybe they do use hotmail accounts for their business transcations. (shoulder shrug).

I'm still investigating the matter. It would be nice if something like that were true. And it's sad there's been so much of these scammers playing of the good nature of human beings we can't trust anymore. :)
