no, but it is unethical. when you condem someone to death, by what right do you do that? who are you to choose who lives and who dies? condemming someone to death lowers you to the level of the condemned, especially if that person committed murder. because we all know that person had no right to kill, so because he killed that gives us the right? and what the verdict is wrong? and who are we to play God?
