NO. it isn't. you are leaving because of a heated argument and you don't want things to escalate so you take your child to another place were ther isn't any argueing. argueing isn't good for any child. and it is also NOT good that you are afraid of your husband. but no its not kidnapping i think everybody has done that. men have done it to. leaving until things have cooled down.
