You could be charged with vandalism and/or violation of several local, state and Federal Laws governing the disposal of biological wastes and hazardous material. If you have a restraining order, it would be a violation of the order.

The likelihood is that you would be charged with a misdemeanor and receive a small fine -- except in the case of the restraining order, which can get you put in jail for contempt of court.
